Wills:

The Centre considers it important that everyone over the age of 18 years have a legal Will. If you do not have one, the Centre offers an affordable basic Will making service (please see below for prices).

  • A solicitor will assist you to make your Will;
  • We offer free storage of Wills made with us in a fireproof safe;
  • We do not take any part of your estate when you die;
  • We do not administer your estate.

Our service reserves the right to refer clients elsewhere depending on the circumstances and complexity of an individual Will. Please contact us and make an appointment to see if we can assist you.

Enduring Power of Attorney (EPA):

An Enduring Power of Attorney is another important document which allows someone to take care of your personal / health and/or financial affairs if you are unable to make these decisions for yourself (accident or illness etc). We also offer an affordable means of making an EPA. Our solicitors can assist you by going through an EPA with you and deciding if you need or want such a document. We can then prepare one for you for a minimal fee (please see below for prices).

Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorneys can also be made through The Public Trustee of Queensland and private solicitors.

Pricing*:

* Please note all documents prepared by us attract a basic fee to cover paper and printing costs.

Document Employed Unemployed
Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney $30.00 each $10.00 each
Other Documents $30.00 each $10.00 each
